The Site is provided for general informational purposes about our consulting services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the Site.
No Professional Advice or Engagement
The content on the Site is informational and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice. Nothing on the Site creates a consulting, advisory, or client relationship. Any engagement with Lasagna is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Text Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile phone number through the chat widget on the Site, you consent to receive text messages from Lasagna relating to your inquiry or an active engagement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on how you interact with us. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text messages.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
- Opting out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a single confirmation message and then stop texting you unless you opt in again.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@lasagnacompany.com, for assistance.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may vary by carrier.
- Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the "Lasagna" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Lasagna LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
